Bio:
Considered a dean among divorce lawyers, Herbert A. Glieberman has exclusively practiced divorce law since 1954. With years of experience dealing in complicated divorce matters Herbert A. Glieberman & Associates concentrates in multifaceted divorce cases involving substantial holdings. Clients come from both the Chicago metropolitan area and throughout Illinois. Mr. Glieberman, in association with local attorneys as co-counsel, has represented clients from across the country. Mr. Glieberman is the author of more than 30 articles, chapters and books on family law and has lectured at education seminars on family law for scores of legal associations and other professional groups locally and around the nation, and at a number of law school groups in Illinois and elsewhere. Mr. Glieberman is a consultant in divorce law to the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education and was a consultant to “Law and Practice Alert,” a newsletter that was published by Professional Advancement Concepts. Mr. Glieberman is a frequent guest on radio and television programs across the country. He has also hosted, “Ask the Lawyer” and “Law and Controversy,” two radio shows that aired in 38 states from WMAQ, the NBC station in Chicago, when the station carried a talk-radio format. Herb Glibertman is listed with Leading Lawyers, SuperLawyers and “The Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers” by Martindale Hubble.
