Bio:
Thomas M. Gurewitz has practiced family law for thirty-two years; thirty of which have been in his own office. He is past-president of the Lake County Bar Association and the chairman of the family law committee of the Lake County Bar for approximately 23 of the last 24 years. Tom served three terms on the Family Law Section Council of the Illinois State Bar and is a member of the Illinois chapter of the AAML serving in past years on the Board of Directors and as a member of the Admissions Committee. Tom states, "My experience both in life and in family law has taught me to take a reasoned approach in helping my clients through an emotionally difficult and trying period in their lives. I help my clients get through this process minimizing the anger with a view towards moving forward towards the future."
