Bio:
Elliot Heidelberger has practice Family Law in Cook and the Collar Counties for more than 40 years. Elliot is experienced in all facets of Family Law including Divorce, Child Custody, Support and Maintenance, Parenting Time, Allocation of Marital Property, Orders of Protection and Restraining Orders,Parentage (Paternity), Domestic Violence, Collecting Support and other monies owed, Enforcing prior court orders, Business Valuations, Adoptions, College Expenses and all related matters. I was born and raised in Chicago. After graduating from the U of I, Urbana/Champaign I attended law school there, graduating in 1966. Since returning to the Chicago area I have maintained law offices in both Chicago and the northwest suburb of Hanover Park. I am proud to say that our staff is dedicated to our clients. We apply current technology to our work in order to bring our services to our clients quickley and economically. We especially enjoy our work on behalf of children, when appointed by judges to do so. It is one of the most rewarding things that we are able to do in this area of the practice of law. We know that we do everything possible to serve the best interests of our clients and their family.
