Bio:

DAVID P. PASULKA is a principal of Pasulka & White, LLC., an eight-attorney law firm concentrating in family law. Mr. Pasulka was named among the 20 Top Divorce Attorneys by North Shore Magazine and among the top 10 Divorce Attorneys by the Chicago Sun Times. He received his B.A. from the University of Chicago and his J.D. from the University of San Diego. Mr. Pasulka is the past chair of The Chicago Bar Association Matrimonial Law Committee, a member of the Family Law Section Council of the Illinois State Bar Association, and a former member of the Board of Managers of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is the past President of the North Suburban Bar Association. He is the author of two IICLE chapters on the subjects of Attorney’s Fees and Enforcement of Judgments. Mr. Pasulka chaired the lawyers-panel that took part in developing the Child Representative training videotape and developing a program to better educate the court-approved Child Representatives in Cook County. He also chairs the Committee that screens and recommends applicants who wish to become Child Representatives in Cook County. Mr. Pasulka has written and has lectured extensively on a variety of domestic relations issues, including attorney’s fees and custody.
