With 26 years of matrimonial litigation experience in the metropolitan Cook County area, as past president of the Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and past chair of the Illinois State Bar Family Law Section Counsel, Alan Toback he has been exposed to every type of matrimonial and family law problem. Alan is the author of numerous family law articles ranging from paternity blood testing to dissipation and divorce cases. Alan has been named one of Chicago's top divorce lawyers by the Chicago Sun Times, is a member of the Leading Lawyers Network, and has been named a Super Lawyer in family law.
