Bio:

Stuart G. Gelfman is a skilled family law attorney in divorce related issues including child custody, visitation, child support and maintenance. In addition, he is versed in prenuptial agreements, paternity, adoptions and real estate transactions. Clients respect his reputation as a responsive lawyer and strong negotiator. Gelfman is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, where he serves on the Divorce Committee. In addition, he is on the child representative lists for both Cook and Lake Counties where he has gained extensive experience as both a child representative and Guardian Ad Litem in highly litigious child custody matters. Gelfman joined Nadler, Pritikin, & Mirabelli LLC as a member in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner at Gelfman & Gelfman, where he exclusively handled family law cases and gained recognition as a focused litigator. His legal philosophy focuses on reaching a satisfying resolution for his clients and litigating fervently on behalf of his client when necessary. Gelfman’s thorough communication with clients and experience with the judicial system make him a respected practitioner. Gelfman earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and his law degree from the John Marshall Law School and is a licensed real estate broker.
